Terms and Conditions for DAGOOD PTY LTD Promotions

Eligibility

This promotion is open to all customers of DAGOOD PTY LTD, trading as Dagood Products, who have made a purchase either through our website, dagood.com.au, or in-store. This includes purchases made via any accepted payment methods.

Promotion Participation

To participate in promotions, participants are required to engage in specific activities as outlined in each promotional offer. For the "Get Rewarded 10% from Your Order Total" promotion, activities include taking real-life pictures of the front yard with the Dagood Products letterbox clearly visible, submitting these photos to sales@dagood.com.au, and leaving a review with a photo on our website’s product page or on Google Maps. The submission should include the order number and customer contact information.

Reward Details

Rewards or discounts for each promotion will be detailed in the promotional materials. Participants will receive rewards according to the terms of the specific promotion they participate in, such as a 10% refund of their total order value under the "Get Rewarded" promotion, subject to the verification of participation.

General Conditions Dagood Products reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and the authenticity of their participation. We may disqualify any entries that do not meet the promotional requirements. Participation in any promotion constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions and any decisions made by Dagood Products, which are final in all matters related to the promotion.

Use of Submitted Materials

By participating, participants grant DAGOOD PTY LTD an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the submitted photographs in any media for advertising and publicity without additional compensation. Participants confirm they have the right to grant this permission and will obtain the consent of any identifiable persons in the submitted photographs.

Limitations

Each customer is eligible to participate in multiple promotions but may only claim rewards or discounts for a single order per promotion, unless otherwise specified. Dagood Products reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

Privacy

By participating, customers consent to Dagood Products processing and using their personal data for the purposes of administering the promotion and for any other purposes to which the customer has consented.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
