Terms and Conditions for DAGOOD PTY LTD Promotions

This promotion is open to all customers of DAGOOD PTY LTD, trading as Dagood Letterboxes & House Signs (hereinafter referred to as “Dagood” or “Dagood Letterboxes”), who have made a purchase either through our website dagood.com.au or in-store. This includes purchases made via any accepted payment methods.

To participate in promotions, participants must complete specific activities as outlined in each promotional offer.

For the "Get Rewarded 10% from Your Items Cost" promotion, participants must:

1. Take several real-life pictures of their installed Dagood Letterbox (both close-up and from a distance).
2. Leave a review with at least one photo on:
   • The product page of our website.
   • Google Maps, under our business listing.
3. Send an email to sales@dagood.com.au, including:
   • The submitted photos of their installed letterbox.
   • Screenshot proof of both reviews (website product page & Google Maps).

Failure to meet these requirements may result in disqualification from receiving the reward.

Reward Details

• The reward for the "Get Rewarded" promotion is a 10% refund on the total cost of eligible items (excluding shipping charges and any additional service fees).
• Rewards are subject to verification of participation and compliance with promotional requirements.
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to reflect.

General Conditions

• Dagood reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and authenticate all submitted materials.
• Any entries that do not meet the promotional requirements may be disqualified.

• Dagood’s website, social media, and marketing materials.
• Digital and print advertising.
• AI-enhanced or modified versions for promotional use.

Participants confirm that:

• They have the rights to the submitted materials and are authorized to grant this permission.
• Any identifiable persons in the photos have given their consent for publication and potential AI modifications.
• They waive any right to inspect or approve any use of the submitted content.

Dagood reserves the right to edit or enhance the submitted materials, including AI modifications, to optimize them for promotional use, while ensuring they remain a fair and accurate representation of the product.<
