Easy to pickup from warehouse and install. The front has a nice finish and matches our house very well. It is easy to access mail and parcels with the keys and the passcode.
Love that this company was local and collection was a breeze. Can’t wait to install it and start securing my deliveries in style. This box offered an option for extra large deliveries, perfectly suited to my needs. 10/10 would recommend.

So excited to have received and finally installed our brand new parcel box! Seems like a real quality product. Love the finish. Easy to install. Hubby was pretty happy to see it came with pre-drilled holes and all the dyno-bolts required to install securely into concrete. Combination lock was easy to set.
Company was also amazing to deal with - clear communication all the way through the process. Very impressed overall.
I’ve missed so many deliveries, but not anymore! It’s very solid letterbox and well-thought product. Thick metal. Postie loves it and we love to receive our parcels at home!
The item arrived with a faulty hinge. The pin acting as an axle to for deliverers open the door of the parcel compartment was not installed correctly and is protruding in front of the side panel. This renders the box unusable, as the door will not shut properly. I have reported this to the company and I am awaiting a response. UPDATE The letterbox was replaced promptly and without any cost to me, full marks for customer service.
