Xpress Plus post system is Australia’s premier horizontal slat screening system for fencing.

Featuring 50x50mm square posts, patented internal legs firmly hold slats in position without need of screwing, riveting or welding each slat. Slats are recessed into the post for a neat slimline finish.

The system enables fast and easy on-site assembly of slat fencing with pre-powder coated stock.

  • The starting height of first slat is set by simply snapping in infill

Our range of genuine Interpon D1000 series powder coat finishes has been carefully selected to include the most sought after colours on offer.
All components are suitably pre-treated prior to powder coating and are applied by fully accredited coating facilities.

Simply install posts and insert slats working from bottom to top. Slats are separated by snap in spacers available in 5mm, 9mm or 20mm heights. 100mm long spacers also available for cutting to required specific gap if needed. Starting height of slats is set by using snap-in height adjustable spacer

A complete system

50x50mm aluminium posts available in 1 way, 2 way and 90 degree configurations. Slimline side frames available separately as well as matching pedestrian and sliding gates. All systems feature patented non-weld assembly

XPL slats are made from aluminium - the most abundant metal in the Earth’s crust and third most abundant element (after oxygen and silicon). There are no ongoing painting issues with powder coated aluminium louvres.

Aluminium is described as non-combustible. When aluminium is exposed to a prolonged fire environment it will begin to melt (not burn) with a melting point between 600 and 660 degrees celsius. Aluminium louvres are an excellent choice where fire risk requires consideration.

Aluminium is impervious to insects and termites plus the non-porous surface is naturally resistant to fungi, mould and mildew. It is also unaffected by exposure to sunlight and water making it ideal for louvre/screening solutions.
