Rear Access vs Front & Rear Access
How you collect your mail depends on the model you choose. Here's how access works across the range.
Rear access means you collect mail and parcels from behind the fence or wall — ideal when the letterbox faces the street and you want to retrieve deliveries from inside your property. Apex and Stella Pro use a key-locked rear door for secure access.
Front and rear access (Stella) gives you the flexibility to collect mail from either side, which is convenient when the fence can be accessed from both directions.
Front access only (Onyx, Orisson) means you open the letterbox from the street-facing side. These models are mail-only and don't include a parcel compartment.

Timber picket and paling fences — Stella, Stella Pro, Stella II and Onyx all mount to timber fences using the two-piece design. Orisson and Rhyo also install into timber fence structures.
Steel picket fences — Stella, Stella II, Orisson, Stella Pro, Rhyo and Onyx are confirmed for steel picket fence installation. Apex has been installed on steel picket fence by customers.
PVC fences — Stella, Stella II, Orisson, Stella Pro, Rhyo, Apex and Onyx suit PVC fencing.
