Extremely happy with our Parker letterbox. It looks great, is easy to access and very secure. The company was delightful to deal with.

Very happy with our new parcel box.Their customer service was outstanding & didn't take long to be delivered.
At first we received a damaged parcel box & Anna was very helpful in solving the problem.
Would highly recommend this company.

I installed the Parcel Box yesterday, and the delivery guys used it twice today. No problem at all. Great peace of mind that my parcels are not just left on the doorstep where they could be stolen or wet if it rained. They are now always safe and dry :)

Recently bought a Parker parcel box in the charcoal... very happy with the quality and styling. Simple to install and looks very smart !

Totally Love our new Parker Parcel Box. Very happy, Did a seamless pick up from sunny coast ❤️.
Husband installed and it looks amazing.
Wish we had brought it sooner 😊

The parcel/ letter box is super strong and classy with its looks.
Weather protection for all the items and the access points from both sides.
Should have purchased one years ago.

Easy to pickup from warehouse and install. The front has a nice finish and matches our house very well. It is easy to access mail and parcels with the keys and the passcode.

Love that this company was local and collection was a breeze. Can’t wait to install it and start securing my deliveries in style. This box offered an option for extra large deliveries, perfectly suited to my needs. 10/10 would recommend.

Easy to install and works well. Added great value to my property.

So excited to have received and finally installed our brand new parcel box! Seems like a real quality product. Love the finish. Easy to install. Hubby was pretty happy to see it came with pre-drilled holes and all the dyno-bolts required to install securely into concrete. Combination lock was easy to set.

Company was also amazing to deal with - clear communication all the way through the process. Very impressed overall.

Couldn’t be happier with our letterbox! Looking forward to having our parcels delivered safely 🙏🙌🏼

Company good to deal with, letterbox good quality and looks great

The item arrived with a faulty hinge. The pin acting as an axle to for deliverers open the door of the parcel compartment was not installed correctly and is protruding in front of the side panel. This renders the box unusable, as the door will not shut properly. I have reported this to the company and I am awaiting a response. UPDATE The letterbox was replaced promptly and without any cost to me, full marks for customer service.

Can't be happier with our Parker letterbox to match our white fence.
Keep our large and small Amazon deliveries safe and away from rain.

Very happy with the purchase of this Parker Parcel Letterbox Black. Now, we don't need to worry about parcels being left near the front door unsecured!!

The Parker Parcel Letterbox is a game changer for those who need that extra room for parcel deliveries. We live 30min from our post office and usual freight depots, so this letter box is a game changer when bigger parcels need to be delivered. When we place orders online, we list the combination lock code in the delivery details section, and our parcels are left safely and securely.
By installing it flush with the slatted high fence, this also allows the deliverer to leave bulkier parcels without the worry of the dog greeting them at the gate.
The Parker Parcel letterbox looks great, is well built, and was easy to install. There are three keys provided for the back lock, and the combination lock on the front panel is easy to set.
Thanks Dagood Letterboxes & House Signs for a great, affordable product!

It’s a nice looking parcel box and the colour compliments the house. I’m hoping this will stop deliveries being left on my front steps.

Hoping not to get letters delivered considering I’ve mounted it with no to access from the rear.

We installed our new letterbox this week and just had the satisfying pleasure of having our first parcel delivered using it! It's so much safer that having parcels left at our exposed front door.
Once you wrap your head around it sort of looking/feeling like a filing cabinet on your front yard, it's all good. haha.

One modification recommendation to the manufacturer though is that the handle to open the parcel and letter flap is rather sharp.

Love this new letterbox. Perfect style. Perfect size! Good quality and easy set-up.

We could not be happier, this is a beautiful and study letterbox. Just installed it in the new colorbond fence and it looks amazing! Highly recommend. We got the silver decals to go with it and they look fantastic as well.

Haven’t installed yet, waiting for retainer wall and fence to be done, but it came in good order and very pleased how it looks.
