Can I return items at the Sunshine Coast location?
Returns are only processed through our Kingston HQ. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Is stock available at both locations?
Most of our inventory is held at our Kingston location. Sunshine Coast pickups are usually prepared in advance — another great reason to give us a heads up before coming.

What can I pick up from Sunshine Coast?
Any order you’ve placed online can be collected here as long as it’s been confirmed as ready. Some made-to-order items or larger custom requests may need extra time or collection from Kingston.
