Collecting your order is simple. Once your order is confirmed as ready, you can visit one of our pickup locations during opening hours — no booking required.
We operate across multiple locations, including our main Kingston showroom, warehouse and head office, as well as our Sunshine Coast pickup point. Each location is set up to make collection quick and straightforward, with orders prepared in advance for easy handover.
Please wait until you receive your “Ready for Pickup” confirmation before visiting, as some orders may require preparation or transfer between locations.

Our Kingston location holds the majority of stock and includes our showroom. Other locations primarily operate as pickup points, with orders arranged and prepared ahead of time.
