Christmas Closure and Shipping Notice
Important Information on Closure Dates and Order Processing Times.
Our regular business operations will continue until 20th December 2024. As the holiday season approaches, we’d like to inform you of our adjusted business hours and important shipping updates:
Open for Pickups:
- 23rd December 2024: Kingston HQ, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- 27th December 2024: Kingston HQ, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Closed Dates:
- 24th–26th December 2024
- 30th December 2024 – 5th January 2025
During these dates, all orders placed online will be processed starting from 6th January 2025 when we return to regular business hours and operations.
- 6th January 2025: Kingston HQ, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- 7th January 2025 - onwards: Kingston HQ, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Shipping Delays:
- Orders placed after 18th December 2024 may experience delays and could be shipped between 6th–8th January 2025.
- Custom orders placed after 16th December 2024 will be fulfilled between 6th–10th January 2025.
Customer Support:
While our office is closed, our AI assistant will be available for website chats and emails. An operator will review enquiries once a week, so response times may be slower than usual.
