Hamptons PVC Fence Warranty

At Dagood, we proudly stand behind the quality of our PVC fencing products. All PVC components are covered by a 30-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty, giving you peace of mind with every purchase.

What’s Covered:

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material integrity under normal residential use, including:

• Fading or yellowing due to sun exposure
• Cracking, peeling, blistering, or splitting caused by material faults

• Structural failure due to normal weather conditions (UV, rain, ocean air)

What’s Not Covered:

This warranty does not apply to:

• Physical impact or third-party damage (e.g. cars, falling trees, sports equipment)
• Misuse or improper use (e.g. climbing, hanging objects, supporting structures)
• Acts of nature including cyclones, floods, lightning, or earthquakes
• Vandalism, theft, or intentional damage
• Improper storage, handling, or installation
• Discolouration from pollution, chemicals, or acid rain
• Use outside intended purpose (e.g. retaining walls or structural support)

Warranty Period:

• 30 years from the date your order is fulfilled or delivered to the end customer.
• Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

Include your order number, clear photos of the problem, and a brief description. Our team will review your claim in line with the manufacturer’s terms.
