We love our new letterbox! It’s a perfect match for our new fence and gate. We've already had some rain, and there were no issues at all with our mail getting wet. 😊

This is our second Dagwood Nest letter & parcel box. We bought our second one when we moved house. They are well made and secure for most small to medium parcels. Dagood’s service is great and the delivery was within the timeframe they stated on the website.

We purchased two Nest Parcel Letterboxes in Charcoal for our duplexes and we are now the envy of our neighbours. Great colour range to choose from and competitive prices. Key lock for secure packages and also rain proof. Very happy and satisfied.....definitely recommend !!!!

I feel the letter box needs more than one anchor to the slab beneth. Two in each. The one in the middle gives too much leverage for people to remove the letter box by force.

I needed a letterbox with a mail slot that would be protected from rain and the Nest is perfect. The Nest has a modern sleek profile and looks great.
The customer service from Dagood was outstanding. The first delivery was damaged in transit but very quickly replaced. Unfortunately the second delivery was also damaged in transit and again Dagood replaced it within 1-2 days.

Visually looks great, expensive shipping though which added to the expense. It only really comes with one way of mounting it, which limits how it can be fixed (i.e., we were fixing it to a sliding gate) which was annoying, you cant undo the base of the parcel drop to access the base of the letter box to do extra bolts into the ground. Overall still a great letter box, havent used it operationally yet though. Comes with 3 keys which is also a bonus.

The letterbox looks great and matches our exterior nicely. Unfortunately, it arrived with a noticeable dent on one of the corners, which was a real shame. We contacted the team, and they responded promptly, offering a partial refund, which was very much appreciated. The delivery did take longer than expected. Overall, despite a couple of hiccups, we're really pleased with the design and quality.

Haven't opened and installed as yet, as we bought it for our new house, moving in a few weeks, and its packed away till then. I just want to say that it arrived quickly and seemed well packaged. I look forward to installing and using.
