It's a solid, well made letter box. Good value for money compared to similar to ones. I'm really glad we chose this one. It looks great too.

Whoever you use as a courier should be notified that they have people that don't follow written instructions as I asked for my parcel to be left at my front door in the alcove so it wouldn't be stolen the courier left it in front of my garage roller doors in plain sight as they didn't walk down the steps. Also, maybe for future models instead of a taller mailbox you could make it a little wider to accommodate bigger parcels otherwise the product looks good.

Very good looking letter box which matches my fence colour perfectly.
Requires a sturdy base. So be prepared to do that little extra work .
Would be good to know what type of paint is recommended by the manufacturer for those future inevitable little touch up jobs .

The letterbox was great quality! It looked exactly as the photos on their website. I love how it has various options for colours and the ones we chose really enhanced our faćade’s view. Our order, specifically, blended well with our faćade’s timber feature. Great value for money! Would highly recommend.
