How to Use Aventi

Deliveries via Top Parcel Chute

Accepts parcels up to 35 × 33 × 24.5 cm. Parcels rest on a floating floor that drops into the lower compartment when the lid is closed, then resets when opened to prevent access to the retrieval area.

Deliveries via Lockable Lower Door

For larger items up to 34.5 × 32.5 × 55 cm (e.g., a box of wine), couriers can open the front door with your combination, place the parcel inside, close the door, and re-set the combination.

Tip: Add delivery instructions when ordering. Example: “Place in letterbox. Use code 321 to open.”

Resetting the Combination Lock

Important: Do not release the reset button until your new code is fully set and memorised.

  1. Set the lock to the current unlock code (factory default may be 0-0-0) and turn to OPEN.
  2. Find the small reset hole on the lock side. Insert a pin to locate the spring-loaded reset button. If you can’t feel it, rotate the lock fully (clockwise or anticlockwise) and try again.
  3. Press and hold the reset button.
  4. While holding, set your new code by rotating the dials.
  5. Release the reset button to save the code.
  6. Test the new code several times before closing the door.
