I’ve missed so many deliveries, but not anymore! It’s very solid letterbox and well-thought product. Thick metal. Postie loves it and we love to receive our parcels at home!
The item arrived with a faulty hinge. The pin acting as an axle to for deliverers open the door of the parcel compartment was not installed correctly and is protruding in front of the side panel. This renders the box unusable, as the door will not shut properly. I have reported this to the company and I am awaiting a response. UPDATE The letterbox was replaced promptly and without any cost to me, full marks for customer service.
Just put the letterbox up on our new fence. Fence isn't finished yet, but it looks great. I love the parcel box component. Now we won't miss a delivery again.
We purchased this one on sale, the price is quite good compared to other similar competitor styles. The quality is also good, feels heavy and sturdy and the surface seems quality. The design is quite elegant and sleek.
